This position will provide outstanding customer service to drive the sales and profitability of the store.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high level of customer service
- Generate sales in all products areas such as pool & hot tub equipment, chemicals and accessories
- Participate in merchandising and promotional activities
- Ensure accuracy in all transactions, inventory, and procedure
- Participate in all manner of store maintenance
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge
- Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude at all times
Qualifications:
- Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced continually changing environment
- Exhibit excellent selling skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- Motivated and creative team player
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends
- Computer literate
- Experience in a retail environment beneficial
