Join our team as a Restaurant Manager Assistant and bring your passion for hospitality, leadership, and operations to the table. We're looking for an experienced and proactive individual to oversee the daily operations and elevate the dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive understanding of the restaurant menu food production preparation and operations.
- Assistant restaurant manager daily restaurant operations with efficiency and professionalism
- Oversee inventory control, staff scheduling, and customer relations
- Manage sales performance, cash flow, and cost control including procurement
- Operate and monitor third-party online ordering platforms
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a restaurant manager assistant or in a similar role, Asian restaurant experience is preferred.
- Experience with online ordering platforms (e.g., Uber Eats, DoorDash, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills; fluent in Mandarin and English (Vietnamese is a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office software
