Rapid Response is currently looking to add to our construction team! We are looking for an individual with experience in cutting, installing and finishing of baseboards, casings, trims and doors. The qualified individual will need to have experience in working in residential homes, have a good attention to detail and a passion for restoring properties back to their former condition after disaster strikes!
This is a full time position. Typical hours are Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm. You will be required to work overtime if needed, and because we operate 24/7 you will be required to be on an on-call schedule that will include evenings, weekends and holidays.
Must have Class 5 drivers license and a clean drivers abstract. Company vehicle is provided during working hours, but you need to have your own reliable vehicle to arrive to our office each day.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper alignment, fit, and functionality of installed components
- Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to complete installations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects - Conduct quality checks to ensure installations meet company standards - Maintain a clean and organized work area
Skills:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively
- Ability to follow instructions
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in workmanship
- Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues during installations
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and provide updates on progress
