Duties

- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Assist with bussing tables and ensuring a tidy dining environment for guests.
- Handle cash transactions accurately while following cash handling procedures.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and quality control.
- Engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.
Skills
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and culinary skills is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential.
- Experience with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is advantageous but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
