What we expect from you
The ideal Shift Supervisor candidate is a confident decision maker who is ready to learn. Must be an effective communicator both verbally and in written form. This individual should be willing and ready to lead a team each shift and help train team members. In this role you will:
- Train and reinforce food safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment
- Manage food and labor costs
- Follow company policies and operating systems
- Provide team member training
- Anticipate issues and take corrective actions during shift
- Reports to the Assistant and General Managers
