What You’ll Do
- Supervise daily operations, ensuring smooth service and top-notch quality.
- Manage and motivate your team—handling training, and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to deliver bold flavours, on time, every time.
- Maintain a spotless, organized restaurant that’s guest-ready, front and back.
- Ensure safe food handling practices and compliance with health standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and oversee financial record-keeping.
- Use POS systems to streamline service and manage inventory.
- Address guest concerns quickly and with care—because customer experience is everything.
- Assist in hiring, building, and growing a strong team.
- Contribute ideas to marketing promotions and strategies to fuel the Revolution.

What You Bring
- Proven experience in restaurant supervision, management, or a leadership role.
- Strong background in customer service; kitchen and food prep experience is a big plus.
- Experience with POS systems.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and a commitment to doing things right.
- Leadership skills that inspire teams and create a positive work culture.
