Duties

- Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and controlling waste.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance to foster a positive work environment.
- Implement effective strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and address any guest concerns promptly.
- Utilize POS systems for order processing and financial tracking.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation.
