Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team at Bytown Catering. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued while contributing to the overall dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Provide menus and inform guests about specials or promotions.
- Assist with guest inquiries and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
Requirements
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Familiarity with POS systems is an asset but not required.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour
