Are you an experienced food service professional with a passion for high-volume environments, a commitment to food safety, and strong leadership skills? If so, SSP Canada has an exciting opportunity for you in the dynamic setting of the Vancouver International Airport!
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee Front and Back of House Operations
- Ensure Food Quality and Safety
- Control Costs
- Lead and Develop the Team
- Maintain Systems and Standards
- Manage inventory, display standards, and signage.
- Oversee funds management, inventory, purchasing, scheduling, and payroll.
- Assist in sales performance monitoring and budget analysis.
- Address and escalate routine issues as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 2 years of Restaurant General Manager level experience in a full-service w/bar environment.
- Full-service restaurant management (with bar experience), proficiency in MS Office and POS systems, and strong organizational abilities.
- Strong communication skills, ability to work with executives and diverse teams, and a proven track record in conflict resolution.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or relevant coursework preferred.
- Ability to obtain clearance on a 5 year Transport Canada background check

This position is located in a secure airport environment and a Restricted Area Identification Card (RAIC) is required.
