We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Staff to join our team. The ideal candidates will be passionate about providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all special requests are noted.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Assist in the preparation of food items as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register, ensuring accuracy in all financial dealings.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms throughout shifts.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food.
- Follow all health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation.
Skills
- Experience in the food industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential for maintaining health standards.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and food service practices is a plus.
