Seeking compassionate and energetic Respite & Community Support Workers to support children with special needs in Calgary, Airdrie, Cochrane, Chestermere, and Okotoks.
Our clients are fun-loving, active children who enjoy spending time outdoors, reading, drawing, and singing. The role involves providing engaging and safe community outings for these children, simply having fun while making a meaningful difference!
Ideal Candidate Will:
- Be enthusiastic, active, and child-focused
- Have prior experience with children and/or individuals with disabilities
- Be reliable and committed to delivering high-quality care
- Possess medical or personal care experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage children in recreational, educational, and social activities
- Provide supervision and support during community outings (parks, libraries, events)
- Foster skill-building and independence through play and guided activities
- Off er in-home respite care to allow parents a short break
- Support with personal care routines
Schedules Available:
- Weekdays and/or Weekends
- Morning, Afternoon, or Evening shifts
- Minimum 3-hour shifts
