Position Overview
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a fast paced, multi-tasker to add to our Kitimat operations. The focus of the role will be on the manual collection of residential waste. This position requires a valid Class 5 license with Air Brake endorsement.
Position Responsibilities
- Abide by all Health and Safety protocols.
- Manually empty residential garbage and organics on the truck.
- Place bins back on residential property in a presentable manner.
- Aid the driver with backing and spotting as required.
- Other duties and tasks may be assigned.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid/Clean Class 5 License with Air Brake endorsement.
- Must have CSA approved safety shoes.
- Must be able to take orders and direction.
- Must be able to lift up 50 lbs. on a consistent basis.
- Must be prepared to work outdoors - all weather conditions
- Proven ability to work independently while being a team player.
