Pay:
Pay:
- $29-41 per hour.
- Benefits after 3 months.
- Company-matching RRSP program available after one-year employment.
Key Duties include:
- Managing a crew of 3-5 people.
- Daily management of residential construction projects.
- Drive company truck and trailer. Installation of natural stone (flag, armor, etc).
- Installation of interlock paving stone. Installation of precast pavers and retaining walls.
- Ability to dig holes (when needed), place soils, plant trees, and shrubs, etc.
Job Requirements:
- A valid "G" Driver's License and a Clean Driver's Abstract are required.
- Minimum of 5 years of field experience and 3 years of crew management.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
- Knowledge of specific materials, methods, tools, and equipment required to complete various landscape/construction practices.
- Meet with subcontractors and supervise quality, efficiency, and deadlines.
- Ability to work long hours and the occasional Saturday.
