We’re currently looking for experienced residential cleaners or small cleaning teams who are operating independently and want to grow with us.
This is a subcontractor position — not an employee role — perfect for cleaners who already have their own supplies, transportation, and want to work on their own terms.
Position Overview:
As a Residential Cleaning Subcontractor with Dust Force Cleaners, you’ll be matched with cleaning jobs based on your location and availability. You set your own schedule and only accept the jobs that work for you.
Responsibilities:
- Perform standard, deep, and move-in/move-out residential cleanings
- Follow detailed job checklists and instructions.
- Provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment
- Maintain professional communication with our operations team
- Deliver exceptional cleaning results to ensure client satisfaction.
- Arrive on time and ready to work independently or with your team.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of residential cleaning experience (Required)
- Your own cleaning supplies and equipment (Required)
- Reliable transportation (car or van) (Required)
- Smartphone with data (for receiving job details, calls, texts, and email communication)
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- General Liability insurance (Required; or willing to obtain)
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Willingness to complete a background check (fee deducted from first payment)
- Comfortable working as an independent contractor, not an employee
Compensation:
- Paid per job, based on home size and job type
- Average pay equivalent: $19–$24/hour
- Weekly payouts via e-transfer
