Position: Residential Cleaner - Casual
Location: Parksville, Qualicum, Nanaimo, Oceanside (Various Locations)
Job Type: Part-Time or Full-Time (10–35 hours/week)
Pay: $20.00–$22.00 per hour + Tips

What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform detailed cleaning of residential homes (dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing kitchens/bathrooms, etc.)
- Follow customized checklists and procedures to ensure consistent results
- Use scheduling and routing apps for clock-in/out and navigation
- Represent Arbutus Cleaners professionally with clients and in the community
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and handle keys for select properties
- Collaborate with teammates or work independently based on schedule
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 1+ year in residential or janitorial cleaning (required)
- Transportation: Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license (required)
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using smartphone apps for scheduling and directions
- Detail-Oriented: Strong eye for detail with a high standard for cleanliness
- Reliable & Professional: Punctual, organized, self-motivated, and team-oriented
- Customer-Focused: Friendly, respectful communication and service
Schedule & Work Conditions
- Monday to Friday daytime shifts (occasional weekends or on-call availability)
- Flexible part-time or full-time hours (10–35 hours/week)
- In-person work across multiple residential locations
- All supplies and equipment provided
- Company is licensed, insured, and covered by WorkSafeBC
Requirements
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Able to pass a Criminal Background Check
- Comfortable with physically active work and traveling between job sites
