About the role:
- Daily Pay - We'll pay you out at the end of the day for the hours you've worked (if Friday, the next morning). Why wait 2 weeks?
- Industry-leading Hourly Wage - $30/hr for all our cleaners, even for regular cleans. Whether you work 4 hrs or 40 hours a week. We want you to live worry-free.

- Pick your cleans - Only want residential and regular cleans? That's ok! Ok with moving / commercial cleans? Even better.
About You: As a Residential Cleaner, your role will be to ensure our clients' homes are cleaned to the highest standards. We always use checklists so you're never wondering whats left or what's next.
- You have at least 1 year of experience in residential cleaning. At this time, housekeeping roles or janitorial work do not count towards this as they're fundamentally different.
- You have reliable transporation to get you to the job and back. At this time, bus, family members, spouse, and/or Uber etc. do not qualify.
- You have (during the trial period) your own supplies. This means mop, vacuum, sprays, rags that will enable to complete the clean. We don't specify the brand - you can use whichever you're comfortable with! Once under employment, we'll provide it all for you.
- You have excellent accountability and time management skills. Our team uses a proprietary sqft per hour metric for all types of cleans. We expect our team members to keep pace, on average. We realize specific cleans may be dirties/cleaner than average.
