What would I be doing?
As a CJ Crystallized Cleaning employee you would work independently and/or as part of a team to clean our client’s residence. Cleaning responsibilities include:
- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
- Dusting furniture and other surfaces.
- Thoroughly cleaning bathrooms, toilets, showers, and sinks.
- Cleaning kitchen surfaces, including countertops, cabinets, and appliances.
- Emptying trash cans and replacing liners.
- Washing windows, baseboards, window sills and mirrors.
- Maintaining and properly sanitizing equipment
- Creating a positive and memorable customer cleaning experience
- Additional duties as required.
What are we looking for in our ideal candidate?
Our ideal candidate will have experience in housekeeping, be able to work independently and have a strong eye for attention to detail. We are looking for someone who is reliable, trustworthy, has a positive attitude and loves cleaning as much as we do!
In addition, we are looking for someone who's:
- Reliable and committed to delivering an exceptional customer service experience
- Positive attitude and passionate about cleaning
- Can work independently or in a team setting
- Own vehicle and a valid license required
- Enjoys a more physical job; as you will be standing, crouching, bending and lifting up to 25lbs periodically, Proper body mechanics are key**
- Currently hours are primarily Monday-Friday with flexible hours between 8:00 am-8:00 pm. Some weekend work may be required to meet our client's needs.
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
