Templeton Properties is currently seeking 1 Cleaner to join our team for a large residential building undergoing redevelopment. This role is essential in supporting day-to-day building upkeep and ensuring smooth unit turnovers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, hallways, and amenity spaces
- Assist with cleaning and preparing vacant units for new tenants
- Support general building maintenance tasks as needed
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols
Position Details:
- Schedule: Variable, based on operational needs
- Coverage: Primarily covering days off for other team members
- Pay: Hourly position, rate based on experience
- Location: On-site at a large residential complex
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning is an asset
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a changing schedule
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Comfortable working in active construction or redevelopment environments
