Overview
This is a position for a couple to live onsite at our cottage resort to manage.
The Resident Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations. This position requires a blend of management, customer service, administrative skills as well as some handy man abilities.
Duties
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the business. Customer service, quality control, minor maintenace, yard work as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the cabins. (Owner will also be living close by and still very involved with the business)
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize our booking software to manage resort bookings.
- Maintain accurate customer details.
- Keep track of inventory.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure maintenance standards are met.

- Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication with pptential guests.
- Excellent customer service skills,fostering a welcoming environment for all guests.
- Eye for detail.
- Ability to multitask.
- Handyman skills for property maintenance.
This position is ideal for a couple who wants to live in the beautiful Whiteshell Provincial Park and manage a year round business (with the help of the owner and other part time staff.) 4 bedroom on-site house, with utilities and internet is included with the position. Salary does include the living expenses of the on-site house, and is per person.
