OVERVIEW
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Research & Client Engagement Associate to join our growing investment real estate team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about real estate, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to contribute to a high-performing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in market research, client communication, CRM management, and preparing marketing and valuation materials.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Conduct ongoing research of the local real estate market and monitor industry trends.
· Market investment properties internally, externally, and to active investor clients.
· Prepare in-depth analyses of client properties, including valuations using comparable data and market research.
· Engage with leads and prospects through our CRM system.
· Maintain professional communication with clients and new leads.
· Keep the CRM updated with accurate market insights and client information.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Highly organized with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills a must.
· Strong multitasking and time-blocking abilities.
· Skilled in writing professional reports, business correspondence, and presentations.
· Ability to perform well under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities.
· A positive, proactive attitude with a focus on adding value and continuously improving team performance.
