As a Customer Service and Sales Representative, you will take pride in owning the customers experience and ensuring that we have made a positive impact on their day. You will enjoy working with regular customers and partners and making great relationship as you support them. You will be trained to be an expert in your field and confidently deliver an amazing customer experience. You will be glue that makes the administration of the business run seamless. You will work closely with a supportive team and collaborate in a fast-paced and engaging environment.

Your role at a glance:
You are the first contact with the customer in primarily a call center environment. Your role is to make the customer experience be the best it can be both on the phone, email or in person. Working with the team to ensure deadlines are met and products delivered on time.
You will continue to make a difference by:
- Completing the administration required to make the daily order preparation run seamless
- Adding value to the customer by providing them necessary industry information.
- Guiding our partners and customer on ordering the right parts for their own best customer experience.
- Working with our partners to help customers get the best value for their needs.
