Who are you?
Turner & Townsend are seeking an experienced Program Reporting Lead, with a minimum of 10 years post-graduate experience, to work on a multi-billion-dollar, multi-phased major program in Kincardine, Ontario. This role is critical in ensuring accurate, timely, and insightful reporting and the ideal candidate will have strong experience in reporting on complex major programs involving multiple billion-dollar projects.
Job Description
- Oversees regular and ad hoc reports from concept to completion and uses insight to identify the best format and data interpretation to present and communicate to internal and external stakeholders
- Identifies data needs to develop high-value, actionable reporting and develops processes for identifying and accessing relevant data essential to the development and deployment of analytical reports
- Tracks and analyzes data to identify program and project risks and trends against established KPIs and regularly reports results
- Works with the project teams and Program Controls to identify opportunities for improvement in reporting, tools, or techniques to improve overall quality of reporting Develops reports based on accurate financial and project information and analyzes information to flag potential challenges within the capital program
Qualifications
- Recognized degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Project Management, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of related experience in program reporting or project controls, with at least 3 years in regulated infrastructure sectors (e.g., nuclear, energy, utilities)
- Proven experience in data management, analytics, and reporting within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Familiarity with nuclear regulatory frameworks, quality assurance standards (e.g., CSA N286) and safety culture principles.
- Experience with data quality assurance tools and methodologies, including validation, traceability and audit readiness.
- Strong ability to translate technical & operational data into meaningful insights for diverse audiences, including regulatory bodies and executive leadership.
- Proficiency in reporting and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and project systems such as Primavera P6, SAP, or similar.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to navigate complex reporting requirements and drive continuous improvement.
- Willingness to work on-site within the client environment at Kincardine only three days per week. Expenses for travel and accommodation will be paid by Turner & Townsend and flexible arranges can be discussed.
