Responsibilities and Duties
· Process Rental Orders by phone and email
· Timely resolution to customer requests.
· Work with Third Party vendors on occasion to meet customers request..
· Prepare Rental Contracts
· Opening, preparing and closing work orders.
· Coordinate with Service and Shipping to ensure customers demands are met.
· Inventory control: Maintain related documentation and perform counts
· Filing of controlled documents
Qualifications and Skills
· Minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent; post-secondary diploma is an asset
· Experience with Softbase would be considered an asset
· Excellent organization skills & customer service skills
