Overview
We are seeking a skilled Renovation Project Manager to oversee residential and/or commercial renovation projects from planning through completion. This role is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the renovation process, including budgeting, scheduling, contractor management, client communications, and ensuring quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Coordination
- Develop detailed renovation project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Execution & Oversight
- Supervise day-to-day renovation activities to ensure progress aligns with project plans.
- Monitor workmanship to ensure compliance with building codes and company standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during construction.
- Budget & Schedule Management
- Prepare cost estimates and track expenses against budgets.
- Manage vendor and contractor contracts, bids, and change orders.
- Ensure timely completion of projects within scope.
- Client & Stakeholder Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Provide regular project updates and progress reports.
- Address client concerns and adjust project scope when needed.
- Quality & Safety Assurance
- Enforce safety protocols on-site.
- Conduct inspections at key milestones.
- Ensure final delivery meets client expectations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction or renovations (residential or commercial).
- Strong knowledge of building codes, construction practices, and safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project).

- Experience with high-end residential renovations or tenant improvements.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
