Job Overview
We seek a detail-oriented and organized Registry Clerk with previous experience to join our team in a dynamic office environment. The ideal candidate should have previous Alberta Registry experience and strong administrative skills. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations within the office, providing excellent customer service, and managing various clerical tasks efficiently. The candidate should be available to work weekday shifts ending at 7 PM and Saturday shifts ending at 4 pm. Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in databases and filing systems.
- Organize and analyze data efficiently.
- Provide administrative support.
- Assist in data collection and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline office operations and enhance productivity.
Qualifications
- Proficient in computer skills and data entry with a strong typing ability
- Previous office and administrative experience, including clerical tasks
- Ability to efficiently manage filing and data collection processes
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.50-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
