- Be available to respond to urgent calls on short notice
- Hold a valid Class 5 driver’s license (ICBC)
- Be physically able to lift 150+ lbs
- Have a flexible schedule that allows for on-call shifts
- Be comfortable using tools like Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Be organized, dependable, and discreet—confidentiality is essential
