Job Summary:
We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable individuals to join our coaching team. If you’re great with kids, energetic, and committed to creating a positive learning environment, we’ll train you to become a confident gymnastics coach, no prior experience required.
At Evolution Gymnastics, we teach children from walking to teens. Every class is structured with clear goals in mind - developing physical skills, building confidence, and learning how to work with others. Coaches are expected to create and lead well-structured classes, maintain a fun but focused environment, and support each athlete’s individual progress.
Who You Are:
- Energetic, upbeat, and comfortable leading groups of children
- Dependable and professional — on time and prepared
- Confident speaking to both kids and parents
- Physically active and able to assist with spotting and movement
- Experience working with children (e.g., daycare, camp, babysitting) is an asset
- No gymnastics experience needed. We will provide full training
What You’ll Do:
- Lead or assist recreational gymnastics classes for children
- Deliver lessons with energy, structure, and consistency
- Teach foundational movement skills: running, jumping, balancing, climbing, rolling, etc.
- Promote confidence, independence, and teamwork
- Design age-appropriate lesson plans and safety protocols
- Track progress and help each child improve at their own pace
- Communicate professionally with other coaches and families
Shift Availability:
- Weekday evenings: 4:30 PM – 8:30 PM
- Weekend mornings: 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM
(Flexible scheduling, two or more shifts per week)

Pay: $16.61-$18.00 per hour
