Lightspeed Innovations is a family-run performance automotive workshop in Red Deer, Alberta.
We are seeking a Receptionist/Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have customer service experience and possess strong organizational and communication skills.
Duties:
● Assisting customers in a friendly and courteous manner in person, on the telephone, and via email
● Handling customer inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
● Writing repair orders, creating estimates, and sending them to customers
● Obtaining quotes for parts from vendors
● Liaising with other departments to provide accurate delivery timescales for ordered parts to enable efficient workflow scheduling
● Update customers on the repair status of their vehicle, ensuring accurate information is provided and delivery and completion timescales are given (where applicable).
● Booking appointments for customers using the internal calendar software
● Processing vendor invoices and receipts to assist with Accounts Payable processing
● Processing of incoming mail and parcel deliveries
● Collect payments, including cash handling and the use of a card machine POS terminal.
● Administration of the CRM software
● General administration, including but not limited to the use of Microsoft Office packages and internal software
We are a small team, so finding the right person to fit our team is the most important thing, experience is not a deal-breaker for us and we are willing to provide training for the right person!
