Key Responsibilities:
As the Client Experience Coordinator, you will be the first and last point of contact for the front desk reception at PlayWorks Physio. Your role will involve a range of tasks and responsibilities, including:
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Scheduling patient appointments and managing therapist schedules
- Handling billing and assisting families with payment and bookings in-person
- Overseeing patient flow and managing communication with clients and therapists
- Taking initiative, thinking critically, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Required Competencies:
- Administrative experience is an asset
- Familiarity with using a Mac and Google Drive is an asset
- Passion for working with kids and their families
- Organized and strong ability to multitask in a high-paced environment
- Excitement about working on a collaborative team

- Schedule: Mondays 2PM-8PM, Wednesdays 9AM-4PM, Thursdays 12PM-6PM, Fridays 1PM-6PM
