We are looking for a full-time self-motivated individual who will deliver excellent customer service as the receptionist in an office setting.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical support).
Some of your responsibilities :
- Front desk reception duties such as directing the calls or assisting if possible
- Follow up with customers for payment of balances
- Process and record customer payments
- Process vendor invoices, assign to expense accounts, match with PO and packing slip
- Payroll timesheet entry
- Data entry: light accounting duties
- Keep track and order office supplies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or relevant work experience
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude
- Ability to learn new tasks (full training provided)
- Excellent communication skills
- Bookkeeping knowledge preferred, especially the posting of vendor invoices to expense accounts.
