Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our team to help foster and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. The successful candidate will be liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs.
The ideal candidate is someone so organized that they don't even have a junk drawer in their kitchen. The kind of person who gets excited by the precision of a well-structured tax return and sees numbers not just as figures but as stories. Responsibilities:
- Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact for all client inquiries, issues, and feedback.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met.
- Client Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding of new clients, ensuring they understand and are satisfied with our services.
- Feedback Collection: Collect, analyze, and summarize client feedback for internal teams to facilitate service improvements.
- Reporting: Create regular reports on client satisfaction, concerns, and feedback trends.
- Database Management: Ensure all client data is accurately recorded in the company's CRM system and regularly updated.
- Resolve Issues: Proactively address and resolve client concerns, escalating them as needed.
- Retain Clients: Develop strategies to maintain strong relationships with existing clients and reduce churn.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a client relations or customer service role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms.
- Experience managing telecommunications.
- Ability to manage high-volume of client communications.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a client-focused approach.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Minimum typing speed of 50 WPM.
