We are seeking a professional and personable Temporary Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support during peak season or staff leave. This role is pivotal in ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors and maintaining efficient office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Working Conditions
- This is a temporary, full-time position.
- Standard office hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
