Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our team at Canarm Ltd. This position is vital in ensuring smooth operations by providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate person or department promptly and efficiently
- Respond to general inquiries and provide accurate information about the company
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail or packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Manage company office supplies
- Process customer invoices
- Provide administrative support to Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Other duties as assigned by the Accounting Manager
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-focused attitude
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in data entry and Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Previous reception experience and bilingualism are definite assets
