Job Overview:
As a Receiver/Stocker at our Indian restaurant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining services. You will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and storing all incoming deliveries, as well as maintaining organized inventory levels.
Responsibilities:
Receiving Deliveries:
- Inspect goods for quality, quantity, and freshness, ensuring compliance with restaurant standards.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or spoilage to management.
Stocking & Inventory Management:
- Properly store all received items in designated areas (dry storage, refrigerators, freezers, etc.).
- Maintain a clean and organized storage area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in conducting regular inventory checks and reporting low stock levels.
Team Collaboration:
- Communicate with kitchen staff and management regarding stock availability and delivery schedules.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic math skills for verifying orders and inventory counts.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $16.55-$22.76 per hour
