Job Purpose
Main Responsibilities:
Participate in internal audits (preparation, support, follow-up on corrective actions).- Help create and update quality documentation (Control Plans, Risk Analyses, etc.).
- Monitor non-conformities and participate in root cause analysis (5 Whys, Ishikawa, 8D methods).
- Perform quality checks on products or processes according to control plans.
- Contribute to the implementation or improvement of quality indicators.
- Take part in continuous improvement projects (5S, Kaizen, FMEA, etc.).
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, and logistics teams to ensure process compliance.
- Comfortable working with various databases, platforms, digital tools, and quality management systems (QMS).
Required Skills and Knowledge:
Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and ideally IATF 16949.- Proficiency in basic quality tools (PDCA, 5 Whys, FMEA, Ishikawa diagram).
- Ability to read technical drawings and understand specifications.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficient in office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, Artificial Intelligence, Jira, Confluence, etc.)________________________________________
