- Plans, organizes, and executes comprehensive Environmental Monitoring activities to ensure effective sampling and monitoring of classified cleanroom spaces, operations, and essential utilities.
- Conducts environmental sampling during filling processes and supervises these operations, focusing on critical connections and promptly reporting any observed deviations.
- Carries out sampling and Acceptable Quality Level inspections on prducts.
- Follows established protocols and cGMP standards for all EM activities.
- Keeps thorough and accurate records of test results, readings, and observations, maintaining data integrity.
- Assists in various support tasks, including troubleshooting, training, and investigative efforts.
Experience:
- Hands-on experience working in a microbiology lab, ideally within a quality control or research & development setting. Pharmaceutical experience preferred.
- Practical familiarity with microbiological testing and monitoring within cleanroom environments and critical utilities.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant compendial references (USP, EP, BP) and application of cGMP principles in laboratory and production contexts.
- BSc in Microbiology, DEC or a related scientific field.
