Reporting directly to the General Manager, the successful candidate will be a key member of the plant management team, working to support the Superintendent. The individual will focus on maximizing lumber quality and recovery while continually improving process flow. The primary focus for the individual will be to fine tune the auto grading technology, support all planer personnel on day to day operations affecting lumber recovery and quality.
