Purpose of the Job
To coordinate the development, and maintenance of the system.
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities and Tasks
- Takes part in internal audits.
- Continual verification of the application of the HARA/BRCGS System
- Responsible for the creation and modifications to the HARA/BRCGS files
- To continuously improve and carry out the day to day maintenance of the HARA/BRCGS program
- Provide all training and responsible for the modifications related to the HARA/BRCGS Quality Management System
- Provide necessary tools to carry out the Quality Management Systems
- Responsible for the application and control of GMP
- Responsible to assess, verify and treat client and supplier complaints, and to ensure the application of corrective measures where necessary
- To work in collaboration with production, warehouse operation team and various departments.
- Data entry of production input and outputs
Required Skills and Competencies
Education
- must be knowledgeable about all food safety standards that are customary within the food industry and mandated by government regulations
- Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP)
- GMP, BRCGS
Experience
1+ year successful record in a similar post, or 2+ years in a related post in a similar environment
