We are now expanding our team to include a dedicated Registered Psychotherapist to support the growing mental health needs of our community.
Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Psychotherapist to provide one-on-one counseling to clients dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and other mental health challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual therapy sessions (virtual, or hybrid options)
- Maintain confidential, accurate, and timely clinical documentation
- Create personalized treatment plans and track progress
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team for integrated care
- Support clients with tools for self-regulation, resilience, and emotional well-being
Requirements:
- Registered and in good standing with CRPO (College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario)
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred (new grads welcome)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage caseload
- Must have liability insurance
- Multilingual skills (especially in Punjabi, Hindi, or Urdu) considered an asset
