The Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across various business functions. They will be responsible for identifying business needs, analyzing processes, and delivering data-driven recommendations and reports to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, CXO, CF, HHG, etc. to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.
- Perform data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Conduct gap analysis and identify areas for process improvement.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Ensure technical documentation and project artifacts are maintained and up to date.
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and tools.
- Bachelor’s degree required
- PMP certification is a plus
- 3+ years of experience in project management or a similar role
- Proven experience managing complex projects with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organization skills including attention to detail and multitasking
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with DevOps practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organization skills
- Position Title: Project Manager
- Salary Range: $67,000-$83,000-$100,000 USD
