The Team

Our Infrastructure and Capital Projects practice is comprised of over 600 sector experts and specialized consultants across the Globe. We combine strategic and operational expertise with a deep technical knowledge to support developers, sponsors, lenders, and projects leader to select, structure, improve and execute Capital Projects in a more efficient and sustainable way.

We are expanding our Infrastructure & Capital Projects business and are searching for staff in the eastern and western regions of Canada

How you will contribute

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee engineering projects across their full life cycle.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project schedules, timelines, and budgets.
  • Lead project teams, facilitating communication between engineering, product, quality, and manufacturing departments.
  • Manage resource allocation and resolve any technical or organizational roadblocks.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet milestones.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Provide regular status reports and updates to stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management practices and tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field); Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
  • 15+ years of project management experience in an engineering or technical environment.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex, cross-functional engineering projects.
  • Familiarity with engineering software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MATLAB).
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet).
