What You’ll Do
- Take ownership of projects from initial bid through to final delivery
- Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment
- Lead tender submissions and manage post-tender communications
- Develop and manage construction schedules, contracts, and progress reports
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring alignment with project goals and specifications
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to drive project success
- Negotiate revisions, manage subcontractors, and monitor job site performance
- Handle job cost forecasting, billing, and financial reporting
- Maintain detailed project documentation and records
- Act as a key client liaison and support business development initiatives
- Mentor junior staff and champion a strong Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) culture
- Degree in Engineering or a related field (EIT designation preferred)
- 5+ years of project management and estimating experience
- Strong knowledge of cost control, scheduling, and contract documentation
- Proficiency in MS Project, Microsoft Office, and construction documentation
- Excellent communication skills and a valid driver’s license
- Familiarity with pipe, fittings, and flange standards is a plus
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- A natural relationship builder and communicator
- Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-focused

- Able to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
