- Experience: 2-4 years
Requirements
- Construction and interior renovation experience with demonstrated ability to manage crews and subcontractors.
- Knowledge of materials related to interior renovation and building maintenance.
- Strong organizational skills, time management and communication.
- A highly motivated self starter who possesses excellent problem-solving skills.
- Manage materials for delivery to jobsite with handling of materials periodically.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Valid full G Driver’s licence.
- Their own vehicle
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ottawa, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
