Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead and coordinate various projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of project management methodologies and demonstrate exceptional leadership abilities. Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope management, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements, discuss progress, and address any issues or conflicts.
- Implement change management processes to adapt to evolving project needs and stakeholder expectations.
- Utilize Agile, Waterfall, and Lean methodologies for effective project execution.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and develop solutions for continuous improvement.
- Manage project risks through proactive identification and mitigation strategies.
- Ensure quality management practices are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead team management efforts by motivating team members and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Utilize project management software such as Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, or Monday for tracking progress and reporting.
Skills
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience in supervising teams.
- Proficient in project management methodologies including PMBOK, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, and SAFe.
- Excellent organizational skills with a focus on time management and prioritization.
- Effective communication skills for presenting ideas clearly and facilitating discussions.
- Experience in program development, design, and implementation with a focus on business process modeling.
- Familiarity with data analysis techniques for informed decision-making.
- Competence in vendor management and negotiation skills to ensure successful partnerships.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and IT project management principles is advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
