Your Role
As a Project Manager, you will be at the heart of planning, coordinating, and executing large-scale projects related to SCADA systems, industrial automation, and IT/OT infrastructure, primarily in renewable energy and industrial sectors.
Specifically, you will be able to:
- Manage projects end-to-end, from needs assessment to commissioning.
- Develop schedules, budgets, and deployment plans while monitoring risks.
- Coordinate internal resources, partners, and suppliers to ensure quality, timelines, and costs.
- Maintain clear and structured communication with all stakeholders.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices at Ganex.
- Support the integration of cutting-edge technological solutions locally and internationally.
What Will Make You Successful with Us
- University degree in engineering (electrical, automation, computer, or related field) or project management, with a solid understanding of technical environments.
- Functional bilingualism (French/English): you will collaborate with both French-speaking and English-speaking clients.
- 5 to 7 years of experience managing technology or industrial projects.
- Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project or equivalent).
- Excellent planning, mobilization, communication, and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of SCADA, automation, IT/OT, or critical infrastructure environments (a major asset).
- PMP certification or in progress (an asset).
