- Manage project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
- Utilize Scrum methodologies to guide teams through agile processes, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, and issues.
- Analyze data to inform decision-making processes and optimize project outcomes.
- Oversee product development efforts, ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Utilize ServiceNow for efficient project tracking and reporting.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a relevant industry with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management related to project execution.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum and SAFe is highly desirable.
- Excellent time management skills with a focus on prioritization and efficiency.
- Experience in product management and development processes is an asset.
- Strong data analysis skills to evaluate project performance metrics effectively.
