ASK Environmental is a growing company looking to add a Project Manager Assistant to our Team!
The Project Manager Assistant provides administrative support by coordinating activities related to jobs.
Job Duties:
-Gather job information, organize, and save into internal filing systems
-Effectively communicate with ASK Environmental team and customers
-Assist Project Management team with various administrative tasks as required
-Track Progress of Ongoing Jobs
-Assist Accounting team in job close outs
Qualifications:
-Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
-Prior construction or restoration administration experience is an asset
-Maintain confidentiality when trusted with sensitive information
-Ability to work within a team or independently as needed
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Intermediate computer experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Wages will be based on experience and relevant experience. Benefits are available after 3 months.
