The Construction Lead is a hybrid role that merges the craftsmanship and crew leadership of a Lead Carpenter with the scheduling, coordination, and client-facing duties of a Project Manager. This position is designed for a highly skilled individual who can execute quality work on-site while also managing budgets, timelines, and communication. The Construction Lead is responsible for ensuring projects are built to spec, delivered on time, and represent Frontier Building Group’s commitment to excellence.

Pay: $70,258.00-$85,620.00 per year
