We are seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to join our team at Rapid Response Restoration. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing restoration projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all work meets our quality standards while supporting our clients effectively.
Responsibilities
· Respond to emergencies
· Assess emergencies and create a plan of action to mediate the situation.
· Coordinate all aspects of restoration projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
· Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members throughout the project.
· Preparing estimates using Xactimate
· Manage project schedules and timelines to ensure timely completion of tasks
· Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
Requirements
· Experience in project coordination or management within the construction or restoration industry.
· Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
