WHO WE ARE
Since 1991, Chervin has been designing, manufacturing, and installing high-end custom cabinetry in homes across Waterloo Region. Over the years, Chervin has expanded to serve the GTA and Muskoka region. Chervin has also built and acquired 4 sister companies which have given us the opportunity to be a key player in the markets for luxury hotel furniture, residential furniture, custom upholstered furniture, and home décor.
We are a family-owned and family-run business with a team of over 200 individuals pursuing “The Golden Means of Perfection.” We strive to live by the Golden Rule (“Do to others as you would have them do to you”). WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Coordinate and oversee the scheduling and logistics of cabinetry installations in residential and commercial settings
- Communicate with clients, installers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Track progress and follow up on project milestones to ensure timelines are met
- Address onsite challenges by coordinating quick and effective resolutions
- Monitor project documentation including scope, changes, site issues, and deficiencies
- Maintain organized records and ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned
- Visit job sites as needed to assess progress, support installers, and maintain quality standards
- Support a culture of safety, quality, and accountability throughout the installation process
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying areas of inefficiency or miscommunication and recommending solutions
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- A natural leader with the ability to keep multiple projects on track
- Familiarity with the construction, renovation, or building industry (cabinetry-specific experience is a plus, but not required)
- Confidence working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to build rapport with installers, clients, and co-workers alike
- A proactive approach to solving problems and meeting deadlines
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites around the GTA
